Loy Bags - Shipping & Delivery Policy
Loy Bags - uses the best shipping options in the business to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We want to help you get your purchase as quickly as possible. For that reason, if we receive your order and payment before midday AEST we aim to send your gear the same day that your order is placed. If you are an afternoon or evening shopper, we aim to send your products the very next day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Loy Bags Domestic Shipping
Our large warehouse is based in Far North Queensland. From there, we ship to anywhere in Australia, including the most remote parts of Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and Queensland.
For a further cost of $10.00, Loy Bags customers have the option of adding Australia-wide shipping insurance to any order.
Please note that if a Loy Bags customer wishes to have an order sent to an Australian PO Box (instead of a residential address), there will be an additional charge of $15.00
Loy Bags Order Tracking
Once your new purchase has been shipped, Loy Bags will send an email to the email address provided by you when you placed your order. This email will include the shipping details of your order and a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your new equipment online until it arrives at your address.
Loy Bags Duties and Taxes
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is NOT incorporated into the prices of each of our products at this stage as we are not registered for GST and do not charge you for it.
Loy Bags Changes to Delivery Address
As long as your products have not been shipped yet, Loy Bags can easily change your details in our system, including the shipping address that you provided when you placed your order.
If you need to change your shipping address you should call us on 0478 983 758 as soon as possible. Make sure you have your order reference number handy.
If your products have already been shipped we will not be able to change your nominated shipping address.
Loy Bags Order Cancellation
Before processing and shipping, you will generally be able to change your order. If you wish to do so give the Loy Bags team a ring on 0478 983 758 or drop us an email at sales@loybags and quote your order reference number.
If your order has already been processed it will be too late to cancel it.

My order (or part of it) has been damaged during delivery?

We ask that you avoid returning the products until after you have spoken to or heard back from a Loy Bags team member about the damage occasioned during delivery.
What do I do if my order (or part of it) does not appear to work properly?
Please call Loy Bags as soon as possible 0478 983 758 and quote your order reference number. Alternatively, you can email us at sales@loybags.com.au
We ask that you refrain from returning the products until after you have spoken to or heard back from a Loy Bags staff member about the issue with your new gear.
