Loy Bags- Australia - No Bull 30-Day Warranty Policy

At Loy Bags Australia we offer a warranty that goes above and beyond the requirements of the Consumer Guarantee laws of Queensland. We offer a ‘no bull’ 30-day warrant policy because our customers are important to us. We provide a 30-day warranty policy for bags purchased from Loy Bags Australia with a Loy Bags unique registered product number on each product. Through your unique identifying code embedded in the electronics of your bag, we can identify your bag and provide you with the customer service and warranty that you wish you got from overseas suppliers. Delivery charges do apply and are non-refundable. You must contact us within 30 days of purchases and Items must be returned to the store within 40 days to qualify.

Frequently Asked Questions About Warranty Returns

  1. What do I do if my bag is faulty?
  • Contact us at sales@loybags.com.au for after-sales support. If we are unable to rectify your issue with support over the phone we will provide you with a shipping address to return your bag to our team who will assess the issue promptly.
  1. I need to return an item, how do I send it back?

Just pack the items that you would like to return securely and place them in a post bag. If you don’t still have the original box then package it safely and send it to us via registered post. Please ensure you use registered post to enable tracking as we are not liable for any items lost in transit. In the package please include the following:

  • Include a copy of your email correspondence with us or a detailed note as to the reasons for the return
  • A copy of your receipt
  • All accessories that were included with the item


  1. How long will it take before I receive a response about my Warranty?

You will be contacted with a resolution within 48 hours of your item being received back in the store.


  1. Will I get a new one or will it be repaired?

If an item is deemed to be faulty or flawed by a Loy Bags Technician and cannot be repaired within a reasonable time frame, the customer may exchange the item for either another item or in-store credit of the same value as the original purchase. 

  

  1. How long will it take for a Warranty item to be repaired/ replaced and returned to me?

We suggest you allow approximately two weeks for your replacement to arrive. Usually, the replacement will arrive much quicker however we suggest two weeks so that you avoid disappointment.


  1. I have a faulty screen is it covered under warranty?

Yes, unless it is from mishandling.

If your bag is damaged in some sort of accident, we have replacement screens and can swap one over for you within 24 hours of your bag being received. Contact us for a quote for such repairs. As a loyal customer of Loy Bags rest assured, we will offer you the best possible price to repair your bag and get you back in the game.


  1. Can I exchange my item as I have changed my mind?

 No, please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind

Please rest assured here at Loy Bags we pride ourselves in the level of customer service that you don’t get from overseas online suppliers. Our stock is based in Australia which means we can efficiently repair or exchange your bag and ship it back to you quickly and hassle-free.
